Manley Titanium Valves
Manley titanium valves feature forged one-piece construction with grain flow, not a head welded to a stem. These jewel-like valves are machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances. Manley utilizes the finest titanium alloys for both the intakes and exhausts, providing the best balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at the given temperatures. All Manley titanium valves must pass their rigorous final inspection process, and strict quality control enables them to deliver parts within tight tolerance. Custom valves can be delivered within a very reasonable turnaround time. Seat coatings are also available on certain shelf stock part numbers, as well as on custom valves.

Peterson Fluid Systems Off-Road Oil Tanks
Peterson Fluid Systems off-road oil tanks lead the way in tank technology. Manufactured using aircraft quality components, the specialized off-road internal baffling provides excellent deaeration of the scavenged oil, while maintaining a tall column of oil over the pickup. They disassemble easily and the tank tops can rotate in relation to the bottoms for ease in fitting placement. Heater bungs are available separately. Each of the tanks are equipped with a high-flow, spin-on filter inside the cap that makes checking your return filter simple, a built-in dipstick for easier oil level checks, and radiused full flow fittings to eliminate backpressure on the return lines. Mahle PowerPak Piston Kits and ring kits include forged pistons with steel pins, and wire locks—all in one race-proven package. The pistons are hand-deburred and then coated with dry phosphate to protect against ring micro-welding and pin galling during initial startup. For additional performance, Mahle added its proprietary Grafal anti-friction coating to the piston skirts. These replacement packages are available in a wide variety of size options for fitment with specific engines.

Mahle PowerPak pistons are forged pistons with steel pins and wire locks. The pistons are hand-deburred and then coated with dry phosphate to protect against ring micro-welding and pin galling during initial startup. For additional performance, Mahle added its proprietary Grafal anti-friction coating to the piston skirts. Part numbers with T on the end have a cutting edge ceramic-based thermic barrier. The barrier is resistant to thermal shock, insulates the piston crown, and reduces heat transfer to increase performance. These replacement pistons are available in a wide variety of size options for fitment with specific engines and pistons.
