These custom radiators are available in downflow, crossflow, or double pass configurations, as well as different sizes and locations for the inlets and outlets, and an optional built-in automatic transmission cooler. All AFCO Racing custom radiators are available in your choice of satin, painted, or polished finishes, so you can choose the radiator model that is best suited to fit your application needs.

AFCO Racing LS swap direct-fit radiators are built with the correct inlet and outlet required for the engine swap. They are 100 percent TIG-welded, 100 percent pressure tested and use no epoxy or sealers. These double pass radiators were designed for the rigors of racing, but AFCO added the mounts to allow their superior design on the street. PWR North America lightweight Late Model Dirt and Pavement radiators feature the new 36mm core technology that fits more rows of tubes and fins in the same height, thus allowing for the use of a thinner core, which improves airflow through the core. PWR furnace-brazes their radiators, therefore, these units can withstand greater pressures than the 56mm, 2-row cores in PWR's standard style radiators. These race-proven radiators fit the same footprint as their standard radiators, so installation is simple—no changes to the ductwork, mounts, or plumbing are needed. Wet weight is reduced by as much as 8 lbs. Combined with PWR's pressurized cooling system, you can run higher operating temperatures and smaller duct work openings, resulting in greater control of the water contact in critical areas of the engine.
