Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilovers are specifically engineered to vastly improve the performance of your UTV. These direct fit shock and coil spring assemblies offer position-sensitive damping and 4-way adjustability, all features that will take your UTV to the next level. Black Hawk Powersports feature Bilstein's patented ZoneControl position-sensitive technology that contains five independently tuned damping zones—three compression and two rebound. ZoneControl incorporates an internal Jounce Cut Off system (JCO) which is effectively a 2-stage hydraulic bump stop. The JCO has a 10-position clicker that allows the rider to fine-tune bottom-out control. For rebound, ZoneControl features a Rebound Cut Off (RCO) that acts to settle the vehicle at the final stage of suspension droop. The RCO will protect the damper, eliminating the need for a limit strap. Black Hawk Powersports offer four unique external adjustments: high/low speed compression, rebound, and JCO—all easily accessible and ready for quick damping changes on the fly. Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports feature an all-aluminum design with gold finned reservoirs. All applications come with Dual Rate Coils and crossover nuts for easy ride height and spring preload adjustments.
