Forgeline One-Piece Monoblock Series ZH1 Custom-Order Wheels

Some of the world's finest custom lightweight forged aluminum wheels are right here—and we get them from Forgeline Motorsports! Forgeline's one-piece Monoblock Series ZH1 custom-order wheels are machined entirely from a single 6061-T6 aluminum forging to create a wheel that is extremely stiff, exceptionally strong, and very lightweight—all rolled into one attractive package! The intricately-sculpted ZH1 wheel continues the exciting evolution in Forgeline monoblock styling. It offers cutting-edge style with a deep concave profile, radically-chamfered outer edge, and ten asymmetric Y-spokes grouped together in opposing pairs. These concave spokes connect far into the center, thanks to special engineering and machining deep into the edge of the mounting pad. Forgeline can custom build the ZH1 wheel in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, 21-inch, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. It can also be made to accommodate most 5-lug and centerlock applications. Depending on size, the ZH1 wheel may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the ZH1 is available with fully customizable finish options. Forgeline AL Series 303 Custom-Order Wheels

Forgeline engineers and builds every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. Made from forged 6061-T6 aluminum, these 3-piece modular wheels are engineered with a stepped-lip and other features to deliver lightweight and high-strength characteristics for the high-performance modern supercar. Intricately-sculpted, the AL 303 represents an exciting evolution in Forgeline wheel design with cutting-edge styling with a unique precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum center with ten asymmetric Y-spokes grouped together in opposing pairs. These concave spokes connect far into the center, thanks to special engineering and machining deep into the edge of the mounting pad and extend beyond the rim register to reach out over the step of the AL303's modular aluminum outer rim shell. These wheels can also be finished with different custom color combinations on the center, inner rim, and outer rim.
