RAM Truck Pulling Custom Order Clutch Kits

RAM truck pulling clutch kits are custom-assembled for your specific application. These units feature a heavy-gauge steel cover with welded spring guides and a steel pressure ring. Flywheels are available in 30 or 40 lb. weights, as well as in billet aluminum. The clutches can be set up with either 5135 or 5191 compound iron discs with 1 to 10 splines. Single disc slipper-style clutches can be used with engines producing up to 800 hp, or where very limited slipping is desired. These clutches utilize the same quality components as the RAM dual disc pulling clutches. These units can be assembled with your choice of sintered iron disc materials and flywheel weights. Dual disc clutches will allow a more controlled slip as the vehicle comes out, without severe wear or every-round maintenance. The Forgeline Motorsport Series TS1R wheels are a lightweight forged racing wheel that is engineered for race cars and dedicated track duty. Each Motorsport Series TS1R wheel is custom made-to-order, one-at-a-time, for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. Built ready for the track, the Forgeline one-piece forged monoblock TS1R wheel is engineered with a 2,100+ lb. street tire load rating to handle serious motorsport applications. The TS1R wheel features a linear 12-spoke design with machined I-beams on each spoke and a deep concave profile. With a fully-forged one-piece monoblock construction, the Forgeline TS1R utilizes manufacturing technology similar to Forgeline's legendary GS1R wheel but is engineered to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The TS1R's one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process combine to produce a wheel that is lightweight, stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. The TS1R is currently available in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, 21-inch, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. It can be made to accommodate most 5-lug, small 6-lug (Dodge Viper), and centerlock applications, and it can be made with knurled beads to limit tire slip. Depending on size, the TS1R wheel may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the TS1R is available with fully customizable finish options. Forgeline Truck and SUV Series wheels are engineered and custom built one-at-at-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application, including custom fitment and finish options. Derived from Forgeline's TR11 monoblock truck wheel, the Forgeline TR31 delivers the TR11's muscular concave split six-spoke design combined with the fitment and finish flexibility of a custom made-to-order three-piece forged wheel. The TR31's beefy styling includes a muscular concave split six-spoke design, strong precision-machined spokes, a reinforcing ring located just inside the rim register, and a heavy-duty bolt-on aluminum center cap. The Forgeline Truck and SUV Series TR31 is a custom made-to-order three-piece modular wheel comprised of a precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum center, 6061-T6 aluminum rim shells, and a reverse flat-lip outer. It is currently available in 18-inch, 20-inch, and 22-inch diameters and is uniquely engineered for six-lug truck and SUV applications. The Forgeline Concave Series MO3C custom-order wheels are quite literally created just for you! Custom made-to-order means that all Forgeline wheels are custom made-to-order one at a time for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This consists of not only building the style of wheel and finish color that you want but also delivering custom sizes and fitments to best match your vehicle and your intended application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, Forgeline can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application!
