Forgeline's Heritage Series wheels represent the best of their designs from over two decades of engineering and producing the finest custom-made-to-order forged aluminum wheels in retro-inspired designs that work well with virtually every class of automobile, from muscle cars to supercars to luxury vehicles. Each wheel is custom made-to-order one at a time for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. The Forgeline Heritage Series OE2 is a custom, made-to-order, three-piece wheel produced from forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers with heat-treated rim-shells and American-made stainless-steel ARP fasteners. Just like any Forgeline wheel, the OE2 is fully customizable in size and finish but because of the extra machining around the lug area, it is limited to 5x4.75 bolt patterns. The OE2 is available with a stepped lip outer in 18, 19, 20, and 22-inch fitments and features a standard powdercoated center finish with a polished outer rim. The OE2 wheel is the embodiment of 'old school cool' with a modern twist. Designed in collaboration with Roadster Shop, the Forgeline OE2 offers a wheel setup that retains a vintage look while adding the performance and safety benefits of a larger wheel and tire combination. Unlike other large diameter vintage 'steelie' style wheels on the market, the OE2 has been carefully designed to retain a proportional look, taking into account the cap and outer hoop scale, to ensure the larger diameter wheel looks 'correct' on your vehicle. Where the OE1 is designed to run a 10.5-inch cap, the OE2 is designed with specially-machined centers to enhance the 'capless' or bare steelie look. The Forgeline Rallye is a throwback to the original Chevrolet/Kelsey Hayes stamped-steel "Rallye" wheel found on Camaros, Corvettes, and Chevelles throughout the late 1960s and 1970s. But unlike the original, the Forgeline Rallye is a modern three-piece wheel that is produced from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. A contoured disc design with five open slots and a machined ring to accept the pop-on Derby hub cap (and similar styles), the Forgeline Rallye evokes a traditional muscle car flavor while delivering modern technology and performance. The Forgeline Heritage Series Rallye is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. Forgeline Drag Racing Series NW105 5-Lug Beadlock Custom-Order Wheels
After more than 25 years of producing the most highly regarded and technically advanced wheels for professional road racing applications, Forgeline has directed their experience and capability toward the drag racing industry and developed the all-forged NW105 5-Lug Beadlock Custom-Order Wheels. Made-to-order and custom built to tailor fit your vehicle, these wheels do require additional time for production/shipping. Unlike most traditional drag racing wheels, Forgeline's forged monoblock NW105 Beadlock wheel is carved entirely in one-piece from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum using an advanced precision machining process. This forged monoblock technology has proven successful, for many years, at the highest levels of road racing, and Forgeline is excited to apply it to beadlock wheels for straight line racing applications. The NW105 Beadlock wheel is very similar to Forgeline's NW105 forged monoblock wheel with one big exception: it has been re-engineered to include a special bolt-on outboard beadlock ring that, like the wheel itself, is also precision-machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum. This forged aluminum ring holds the tire securely in place, to limit unwanted tire slip against the wheel, and to keep the tire from unseating, at very high speeds. Forgeline Drag Racing Series GS1R Beadlock Custom-Order Wheels
After more than 25 years of producing the most highly regarded and technically advanced wheels for professional road racing applications, Forgeline has directed their experience and capability toward the drag racing industry and developed the all-forged GS1R Beadlock wheel. Unlike most traditional drag racing wheels, Forgeline's GS1R Beadlock wheel is carved entirely in one-piece from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum using an advanced precision machining process. This forged monoblock technology has proven successful, for many years, at the highest levels of road racing, and Forgeline is excited to apply it to beadlock wheels for straight line racing applications. The GS1R Beadlock wheel is very similar to Forgeline's track-proven GS1R road racing wheel with one big exception: It has been re-engineered to include a special bolt-on outboard beadlock ring that, like the wheel itself, is also precision-machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum. This forged aluminum ring holds the tire securely in place, to limit unwanted tire slip against the wheel, and to keep the tire from unseating, at very high speeds. The forged beadlock ring is secured to the wheel with a series of 21 standard lightweight titanium bolts. Forgeline's new one-piece forged Monoblock GS1R Beadlock wheel is available to order in 15-inch, 17-inch, 18-inch, and 19-inch diameters in a range of widths and custom offsets and fitments. Upon special request, it can be engineered to work with shank-style lug nuts. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GS1R Beadlock is available with fully customizable finish options.
