Trick Flow® PowerPort® 240 Cylinder Heads for Big Block Mopar

Once you see Trick Flow® PowerPort® 240 heads for big block Mopar in action, you'll agree they are the only aftermarket aluminum heads worth using on your engine! What makes PowerPort® 240 heads so great? For starters, they're made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum. That's important because it weighs a lot less than cast iron and is very strong. Trick Flow® engineers then fixed the shortcomings of the factory head design by relocating the oil holes for the rocker shafts and optimizing the shape of the runners to increase flow velocity and add much needed strength to the shaft bosses. Fully profiled combustion chambers and CNC Street Ported runners guarantee proper dimensional accuracy and balanced flow from runner-to-runner for maximum power potential. Additional advantages of PowerPort® 240 heads over stock heads include clearance for 3/8 in. pushrods, ductile iron valve seats, bronze alloy valve guides, and multi-angle valve seat machining on precision Serdi® equipment. Assembled cylinder heads come with premium 11/32 in. stainless steel valves, Trick Flow® by PAC Racing valve springs, chromoly and titanium retainer options, and 7 or 10 degree steel valve stem locks. Since swapping cylinder heads can be a costly and time-consuming process, Trick Flow® designed the PowerPort® 240 heads to accomodate all factory-style big block Mopar pistons. They are also manufactured to accept aftermarket roller rocker arms, intake manifolds, and headers. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually.

Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Cylinder Heads for Big Block Mopar

Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Max Wedge-style cylinder heads will significantly improve the power of your big block Mopar right out of the box. How? Well for starters, PowerPort® 270 heads are made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum. That's important because it weighs a lot less than cast iron and is very strong. Trick Flow® engineers fixed the shortcomings of the factory head design by relocating the oil holes for the rocker shafts and optimizing the shape of the runners to increase flow velocity and add much needed strength to the shaft bosses. PowerPort® 270 heads also feature larger, raised Max Wedge-style intake runners that provide a straighter path to the valve for improved airflow. The runners are treated to Trick Flow's® signature high resolution CNC Competition Ported surface finish that guarantees proper dimensional accuracy with balanced flow from runner-to-runner for maximum power potential. Additional advantages of PowerPort® 270 heads include clearance for 3/8 in. pushrods, ductile iron valve seats, bronze alloy valve guides, and multi-angle valve seat machining on precision Serdi® equipment. Trick Flow® GenX® 225 Cylinder Heads for GM LS2

Trick Flow GenX® 225 cathedral port cylinder heads are fully CNC-machined to significantly increase the performance of 6.0L LS2 engines. Trick Flow engineers altered the valve angles from 15° to 13.5° to decrease valve shrouding, increase mid-lift airflow, and improve rocker arm-to-valve cover clearance. Top-of-the-line CNC Competition Ported runners have a premium high resolution surface finish for maximum flow and performance. The spark plugs were relocated in the CNC-profiled combustion chambers to enhance mid-lift airflow and increase the rigidity of the casting for extreme horsepower applications. Material was added at the rocker arm mounting points to increase high-rpm valvetrain stability. Trick Flow GenX 225 cylinder heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747 for 1997-present GM vehicles with 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, and 6.0L engines. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually.
