Trick Flow® GenX® 255 Cylinder Heads for GM LS3
Trick Flow engineers used the best features of OEM GM LS3 and LS7 cylinder heads, combined with their own race-winning engineering and technology, to create the GenX® 255—the ultimate ultimate square port LS cylinder head for 4.000" and larger bore engines. The heads feature fully CNC Competition Ported runners with a premium high resolution surface finish for maximum airflow and performance potential. Stock LS3 ports accommodate LS3-style intake manifolds and LS9/LSA blower assemblies. The valve angles have been changed from 15° to 12° to increase piston-to-valve clearance and allow the use of larger camshafts. The coolant holes through the head deck were redesigned to work with all LS head gasket and engine block combinations. GenX 255 heads are available with standard or 6-bolt per cylinder mounting patterns. Trick Flow GenX 255 cylinder heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747 for 2007-present GM vehicles with 6.2L engines. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Trick Flow® GenX® 280 HD Cylinder Heads for GM LS3
Trick Flow® GenX® 280 HD cylinder heads offer an unbeatable combination of performance and durability, making them the perfect upgrade for your high-performance GM LS3 engine build. Assembled with Manley Severe Duty stainless steel valves, these heavy-duty versions of the standard GenX® 280 heads can withstand the added heat, stress, and abuse dealt by big power adders. That makes them the ideal choice for engines using superchargers, turbochargers, or nitrous. GenX 280 HD cylinder heads have fully CNC-profiled combustion chambers and CNC Competition Ported square port runners with a premium high resolution surface finish that guarantees dimensional accuracy and balanced flow from port-to-port for maximum power potential. The valve angles have been modified from the stock 15° to 12° to increase piston-to-valve clearance and allow the use of larger camshafts. The coolant holes through the head decks were designed to ensure compatibility with all LS head gasket and engine block combinations. The 6-bolt-per-cylinder mounting pattern for GMPP LSX and other aftermarket blocks increases clamping force to prevent head gasket failure, cylinder distortion, and other issues that plague the factory 4-bolt design. Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Cylinder Heads for Big Block Mopar
Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Max Wedge-style cylinder heads will significantly improve the power of your big block Mopar right out of the box. How? Well for starters, PowerPort® 270 heads are made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum. That's important because it weighs a lot less than cast iron and is very strong. Trick Flow® engineers fixed the shortcomings of the factory head design by relocating the oil holes for the rocker shafts and optimizing the shape of the runners to increase flow velocity and add much needed strength to the shaft bosses. PowerPort® 270 heads also feature larger, raised Max Wedge-style intake runners that provide a straighter path to the valve for improved airflow. The runners are treated to Trick Flow's® signature high resolution CNC Competition Ported surface finish that guarantees proper dimensional accuracy with balanced flow from runner-to-runner for maximum power potential. Additional advantages of PowerPort® 270 heads include clearance for 3/8 in. pushrods, ductile iron valve seats, bronze alloy valve guides, and multi-angle valve seat machining on precision Serdi® equipment.
