Holley Sportsman Model 4500 Dominator carburetors feature the patent pending new Holley Gen 3 main body, which is 5/16 in. taller than the previous generation! This new height allows for larger radius air entries to deliver smoother flow—which equates to improved throttle response and consistency. An extended air cleaner flange is incorporated for easy air scoop attachment when using the available air scoop adapter. Other features include all-aluminum construction, tunable billet metering blocks, throttle position sensor mounting points, and knurled (hand adjustable) curb idle screws. Each calibration has been dyno and track tested to deliver proven performance! Holley Gen 3 Ultra Dominator carburetors feature a brand new main body, brand new state-of-the-art calibrations, high-volume HP fuel bowls, and sizes up to 1,475 cfm! The metering blocks are fully adjustable (emulsion bleeds, power valve channel restrictors, and idle feed restrictors). These carburetors include redesigned Holley HP fuel bowls for racing. Internal baffling helps to control fuel slosh and minimize float level fluctuations in hard launching or cornering situations. The HP fuel bowls also have material added in key areas (the needle and seat, fuel inlet, and sight window areas) for added strength in demanding race environments and can be plumbed from either side. Their Hitman Plus systems can deliver from 50 to 200 hp, in 50 hp increments, right out of the box. However, you can upgrade them to 300 hp just by changing the nitrous solenoid and jetting, or you can jump up to full Stage 6 levels whenever you want. Losing traction on the starting line because you get too big of a shot of nitrous will ruin an otherwise good run. You can deal with that problem and still get a giant power boost of up to 500 hp.
