XClutch Stage 2 clutch kits offer performance upgrades for both street and track applications. Designed in-house, XClutch utilizes the latest ceramic technology in their Stage 2 kits offering either a cushioned or a sprung-style friction disc. They are mated with a high performance pressure plate and are recommended for vehicles requiring a higher level of torque holding and heat capacity. Features: * 1C cushioned ceramic—the discs offer a dampening layer between the two friction surfaces which is clamped together as the force of the pressure plate is exerted on the disc. This dampening along with a sprung hub offers drivability despite the ceramic friction surface. These kits are ideal for track cars that require some drivability or very high-horsepower street vehicles that require the added heat capacity of the ceramic friction material. * 1B sprung ceramic—these friction discs offer a sprung center to allow for drivability and are specifically designed for track use with minor street use. The kits offer great heat capacity due to the ceramic friction material and are available for a wide range of performance vehicles.

Years after releasing their successful Rock Assault 9 axle housing, Trail-Gear decided to add a Toyota 8 in. version to the Rock Assault lineup. This housing is built to the same specifications as the Rock Assault 9 axles; however, they're built to accept the popular Toyota 8 in. differential. These housings have been tested in W.E. Rock, CalRocs, and King of the Hammers—so you know they'll stand up to the toughest terrain on earth. Trail-Gear started with a 1/4 in. thick formed shell for the center section made from A36 steel. This is a high-strength, low alloy, structural steel plate with a minimum yield strength of 36,000 psi. All of this is attached to an equally strong 1/2 in. thick faceplate for anchoring the DOM axle tubes. The axle tubes are secured by the industry's first 3-Point Attachment System, giving the tubes superior support and engagement into the center section. Trail-Gear also faces the center section to ensure your differential mounts flush against the axle housing to prevent any leaks. Rock Assault Fabricated 8 Housings are offered with 3.5 in. O.D. axle tubes with your choice of 1/4 in. or 3/8 in. wall thickness. NOTE: The housing is shipped with no ends. Housing ends must be sourced and installed to complete axle. Portal style ends are commonly used for this application.

XClutch Stage 1 clutch kits offer a variety of performance upgrades for both street and track applications. They are designed in-house and normally utilize a single plate organic, ceramic, or carbon friction disc along with an upgraded factory-style pressure plate. XClutch kits utilize a similar mechanism to the factory clutch, making them ideal enhancements for most vehicles with low to mid-level performance modifications. Stage 1 clutch kits are available in three distinct performance clutch packages—sprung, rigid solid, and steel-backed organic. Features and benefits of each: * 1A sprung organic—this range has been specifically designed for street vehicles that have minor engine and general performance modifications. These kits offer a sprung organic friction disc that allows for great drivability, while offering improved clamping force through the use of a performance pressure plate. * 1G rigid solid organic—with a rigid center version of the organic disc, this range is ideal for street vehicles and light track use. These kits are often available with a lightweight alloy pressure plate and performance flywheel. * 1T steel-backed organic--this range offers a higher burst strength by bonding the organic friction material directly to a steel backing plate. These kits are ideal for high performance vehicles used on the street with occasional track use.

PEM Racing's Ford 9 in. Grand National rear-end assemblies are used for their strength and durability, particularly in racing applications like circle track racing and high-performance street cars. Chosen for their ability to handle high horsepower and extreme cornering forces, the 9-inch design features a full-floating axle, meaning axles are not attached to the housing and instead carry the load independently, offering enhanced safety and reliability compared to traditional axles. The removable center section of the 9-inch rear-end allows for easy gear ratio changes, making it a convenient choice for racers who need to experiment with different gear combinations.

Not all multi-disc converters are created equal, and with BD Diesel's Triple Torque Force, less is more. To start, BD's in-house CNC-machined cover is designed as one piece, which prevents warping, improper balancing, and leakage. With this design, BD was able to maintain the factory height, thus eliminating the crowding of the pump and the possibility of premature wear. BD Diesel has engineered the dampener for better balancing by riveting it in place, eliminating welding, which can cause warping and affect balance. Each dampener spring is hand-picked to ensure softer engagement. They added notches to the clutch material to prevent fluid adhesion, thus ensuring that even in fluid coupling, the clutches will always have lube. They offer tighter engineered tolerances and a self-centering, 36-external/32-internal, trapezoid-shaped clutch tooth design that enables more contact surface to ensure that the clutch plates properly align, resulting in less friction wear, a longer converter life cycle, and firmer drivability. The clutch plates are also precision-ground flat for smooth operation and consistent wear. Not only will these converters last longer, but they also have 3 times the torque-holding capacity! Triple Torque Force converters come with BD's engineered cast aluminum X-Stator that has fin lengths, angles, and curvatures that are designed to deliver a fluid coupling engine rpm transfer of up to 95 percent, vs. 75 percent with stock stators. This efficiency reduces engine temperatures, increases fuel economy, and better matches the torque curve of the engine, resulting in more torque and horsepower being delivered to the ground. The overall weight of the BD Diesel Triple Torque Force converters has been reduced by 12 lbs. compared to the competition, resulting in better fuel economy and less wear and tear.

RAM Force 10.5 dual disc clutch kits have a strap-driven floater plate and are precision-balanced for quiet operation. The sprung hub top disc absorbs shock and reduces driveline noise. Force clutches are available with your choice of a 300 Series friction disc or a 900 Series disc. The 300 Series organic disc models are capable of handling 500 to 800 hp; while the 900 Series metallic models can handle between 600 and 1,200 hp. These kits use a marcel spring—a thin, wavy device that helps to eliminate the go-or-no-go tendency that similar dual disc clutches have. RAM Force 10.5 dual disc clutch kits include a billet aluminum, SFI-certified flywheel with a steel insert that has sufficient mass to draw heat away from the clutch without distortion. Some kits are available with a steel flywheel. Order the model recommended for your vehicle and engine application.
