Trick Flow® PowerOval® 280 cylinder heads for big block Chevy are an ideal upgrade from factory cast iron heads for street/strip and marine applications. They feature an oval intake port design that produces excellent low and midrange torque and horsepower, plus Fast As Cast® runners for near-CNC-ported performance for about the same money as standard cast heads. Efficient heart-shaped, CNC-profiled combustion chambers have CNC bowl blended valve seat transitions to promote high velocity and huge airflow volume, plus 24 degree valve angles with 4 degree side cants to further increase airflow. Other features include .300 in. raised exhaust ports, and extra-thick decks and walls for porting. Trick Flow® PowerOval® 280 cylinder heads are available fully assembled or as bare castings.
