They feature an Uniweld constructed hydraulic assembly that increases their strength and eliminates leaking, with a flash-chromed ramp and pump piston to inhibit rust. These jacks roll on full-swivel ball bearing caster wheels with Zerk grease fittings, and with roller bearings on the front wheels, so they're easily maneuvered. A rear kick plate helps turn the jacks when using them in tight spaces. Sunex Tools 10-ton floor service jacks have a foot pump pedal for quickly raising the lift arm to the load, and a locking lever on the "T" handle locks their handles in three different positions. A release knob on top of the jack handle operates independently of the handle locking lever. Sunex Tools 10-ton floor service jacks are designed with safety bypass and overload systems that prevent the ram from overextending and prevent the jacks from being used beyond their rated capacity.
