Snow Performance Boost Cooler Stage-3 Diesel Water/Methanol Injection Systems
In diesel engines, the effect of these Snow Performance Stage-3 Diesel water/methanol injection systems is threefold: 1. The intercooling effect provides more available air and all the benefits of a higher positive pressure ratio (more power-giving fuel can be utilized safely without high-combustion temperatures); 2. The combustion of water provides more power on the power stroke; 3. Methanol acts as an additional fuel for more power. These systems are designed for applications over 350 hp/25 psig boost. The Snow Stage-3 Diesel kit features a new digital variable controller with a 2d map programmed into it's microprocessor that takes both boost and exhaust gas temps into account in regulating injection. The net effect is smooth power in all engine load states with no combustion quench resulting in a true turn-on-and-forget system. The controller is dash mounted and includes read-outs for boost, exhaust gas temp, and pump output for full visibility. Snow Performance Boost Cooler MPG-MAX diesel water/methanol injection systems feature special mapping and the most sophisticated 2-D digital controller available for 1 to 3 mpg increases. They use a new injection management controller that allows for a small, steady spray of water/methanol to be injected across the entire power curve. By improving combustion efficiency, they provide more power and use less diesel fuel. They also now feature a brighter LCD screen that displays boost, EGTs, and injection pump output. The Snow Performance Boost Cooler MPG-MAX diesel water/methanol injection systems include flow-control solenoids, a 300 psi pump, high-pressure tubing, a wiring harness, wire looms, and a optional large 7-gallon reservoir in some kits. Available for Dodge, Ford, or GM, the Snow Performance Boost Cooler MPG-MAX diesel water/methanol injection systems are proven to increase fuel economy, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and increase horsepower.

Snow Performance Boost Cooler Stage-4 Platinum water/methanol injection kits offer water/methanol injection with OEM-level fuel system control—for exact amounts to be delivered at any RPM range of the vehicle. The Stage-4 Boost Cooler utilizes engine rpm/boost psi to create a 2-D fully adjustable water/meth tune. Using the Snow Performance Platinum tuning software, the tuner can monitor, adjust water/methanol delivery, data log/save files, and save/send completed water/meth tunes to remote customers using a computer while on the dyno. These kits come complete with USB cord, terminated wire connectors, LED alert system, and either nylon or stainless steel braided hose.

Snow Performance Pumpless Water/Methanol Injection Systems
Snow Performance pumpless water/methanol injection systems release the fuel mixture into the intake charge pipe at high pressure (user-adjustable 100-1,400 psi), providing excellent atomization—even in high-boost applications. These systems include a pressurized reservoir that eliminates the need for an electric pump. The adjustable pressure regulator allows you to fine-tune the amount of water/methanol injected into the engine without swapping different size nozzles. This system also includes a water/methanol solenoid, billet aluminum distribution block, filtered nozzles, and nickel-plated fittings.
