The CNC machined design eliminates round spray bars resulting in excellent atomization and cylinder distribution without rotation, sagging, or the disruption of airflow. These CNC-machined plates include a nitrous bottle with a custom solenoid. The Lightning Series solenoids feature CNC aluminum bodies with an integrated purge port, which allows for connecting a purge valve directly to the body of the nitrous solenoid, for less plumbing and clean looks. The kits also come with fittings, lines, switches, relays, and every nut, bolt, and electrical connector needed for installation.

Nitrous Express 4-bolt plate systems for GM LS-style engines feature a billet 90mm or 102mm nitrous plate that installs between the throttle body and intake manifold, making installation quick, easy, and attractive. Power levels can be adjusted between 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 horsepower. The systems are pre-machined with a second set of nitrous and fuel passages so you can easily upgrade to a dual stage system down the road. (Special note: These kits will work on 2010 and newer Camaros if you rotate the throttle body 180 degrees.) Order the model best suited for your setup. Nitrous Express NX billet crossbar nitrous plate systems feature a CNC machine-designed billet aluminum plate which eliminates round spray bars--resulting in excellent atomization and cylinder distribution. With no spray bars to sag, rotate, or disrupt airflow, this is truly the Next Generation in crossbar nitrous plate technology. They are available with or without the nitrous bottle; and include the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve packed with features like two integrated gauge ports, a 5/8 in. siphon tube, a large .325 in. orifice, and an improved flow path with only one 45 degree turn. The Lightning 45 bottle valve looks great, flows great, and weighs nearly one full pound less than the old style brass valve. These systems also include a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless solenoid to plate lines, nickel plated fittings, wide open throttle switch, master arming switch, 40 amp relay, and relay harness.
