The rings lands, crown, and bottom band of JE Pistons nitrous series dome top pistons are specifically designed for nitrous applications. The valve reliefs accommodate most oversized valves and long-duration, wide lobe separation cams. Their precision CNC-machined ring grooves accept 1/16, 1/16, 3/16 rings, and hardened nitrous series rings are also available. These pistons will not fit Pro Topline or Brodix 11X cylinder heads.

JE Pistons nitrous series gas ported pistons have vertical and lateral gas ports that have been incorporated to optimize top ring seal and reduce friction. Ring grooves are machined to accept hardened nitrous series rings with .043 back cut top ring, 1/16 taper face second ring, and the 3/16 oil ring. Compression height figured using 9.800 in. deck height with zero deck clearance. Fits most chamber cylinder heads.

These low-compression pistons feature a spherical dish for the ultimate in combustion efficiency. They are used in turbo modular motors posting mid 6-second times in the quarter-mile.
