Holley 4150 XP Supercharger Carburetors
By popular demand, Holley is expanding the draw-thru supercharger carburetor line to now include the 4150 XP Series. Like the existing HP line, these carbs are available in 600, 750, and 950 cfm flow rates—and standard polished with black accents. The feature-laden XPs include a contoured venturi inlet for balanced airflow, screw-in air bleeds for precision-tuning capabilities, high-flow billet metering blocks, billet base plate, and Dominator-style fuel bowls which allow plumbing from either side. Supercharger XP carburetors also have a unique capability that allows their power valves to reference the intake manifold vacuum below the supercharger. This enables the power valve to operate as it should, based off intake manifold vacuum. A power valve provides further enrichment to the main metering system under load (low vacuum) conditions. The short runner, low-profile base intake manifold intended for forced induction applications and was conceived to package with an air-to-water plenum-mounted intercooler—with a shorter overall height than is possible with other existing intake manifolds. Holley VR Series billet fuel pumps feature brushless pump technology and a twin-screw rotor design. These in-line fuel pumps are capable of high pressures and flows while maintaining a low amperage draw and quiet performance. They are designed to work on high-boosted race cars, endurance cars, and daily drivers. VR pumps will work with gasoline, methanol, and E-85 (compatible for methanol and E85 for competitive drag race use only- when draining and flushing after each race event). The VR1 and VR2 models are capable of a consistent 130 psi, can be fully submerged in the fuel cell or chassis mounted, and feature race-worthy billet aluminum construction for lasting durability and looks. The fuel pump module design starts with a billet pump flange assembly and connects it to dual 340 or 450 LPH fuel pumps for maximum fuel delivery. The module also includes two HydraMats to eliminate fuel starvation under hard acceleration or cornering. The integrated jet pump assembly allows retention of factory drivers side fuel pickup. Holley ARCA Racing Series HydraMat fuel reservoir systems have fitting locations designed for Road Course or Circle Track use, and they are spec parts for the ARCA Racing Series. During hard cornering, acceleration, stopping, inclines, and low fuel conditions, fuel runs away from the fuel pick-up, introducing air into the system, resulting in poor engine performance, and even stalling. Holley's amazing HydraMat fuel systems are the solution! The mats have surface tension and fluid wicking capabilities, giving them the amazing ability to draw from nearly any area that has contact with fuel and then store it in their internal reservoirs. The sheer size and coverage area of these HydraMats allow them to pull fuel from virtually any area in the tank or cell, eliminating the need for specialty reservoirs and pick-up pumps, saving cost, and greatly reducing complexity.
