VEGE has honed its remanufactured torque converter operation to optimize a steady outflow of a variety of products by using and adopting standard operating procedures to supply automotive, high-performance, heavy-duty, and industrial converters. VEGE torque converters incorporate the necessary upgrades to reduce failures. Areas that are known to fail such as pump and turbine blades are reset and re-enforced. The stators are completely disassembled and reloaded with new rollers and springs. Turbine hubs that have a high failure rate are replaced with billet steel hubs. Needle bearings are replaced with new ones and in
