Hose assemblies play an important role in A/C system performance by carrying refrigerant and lubrication from one component to another. Poor manufacturing can lead to restricted refrigerant and oil flow to the compressor, resulting in catastrophic system failure.

Four Seasons air conditioning discharge hoses are designed to minimize refrigerant loss. Their fittings are permanent beadlock types with lightweight, rust-free aluminum construction. These hoses are made to OEM specifications for a correct fit and each one is 100 percent inspected to ensure bend pipe consistency is maintained through a highly precise CNC

Four Seasons air conditioning discharge hoses are designed to minimize refrigerant loss. Their fittings are permanent beadlock types with lightweight, rust-free aluminum construction. These hoses are made to OEM specifications for a correct fit and each one is 100 percent inspected to ensure bend pipe consistency is maintained through a highly precise CNC-bending machine. Backed by over 50 years of mobile A/C experience, fix it once and fix it right with Four Seasons.

Features include:

* Contains gaskets, O-rings, seals, and charge port fittings to properly replace the hose
* Constructed with double-wall barrier hose compatible with R134A or R12
* Hose wall thickness and burst pressure exceeds OE requirements
* Application specific design
* Tubing meets OE wall thickness and fitting specs
* Pad block fittings match OE
* Orifice tube meets OE in fit, form, design, and function
* Welds and connections are the same as OE with no refrigerant flow restrictions
• Ferrule crimp exceeds OE tensile test requirements
* All fixed brackets are included on hose assembly
