* Centerless ground shaft that rides on an upper sealed roller or ball bearing
* Extended length lower bronze Oil-Lite bushing for smooth operation at high rpms
* Melonized or hardened iron drive gear ensures long service life
* High-output magnetic pickups and paddle wheel reluctors ensure strong, stable trigger signals—even at higher rpms
* Cap and rotor are 30 percent glass filled polyester (PBT) that offers high-impact and dielectric strength, and resistance to carbon tracking
* Cap contacts are brass, the rotor spring is stainless steel for long-term maximum conductivity
* Dual 2-wire magnetic pickup models available--pickups are placed 180 degrees apart to provide a complete redundant ignition system for racing applications
