Eton Elite Field BT AM/FM/SW Bluetooth Portable Radios
Eton Elite Field BT AM/FM/SW Bluetooth Portable Radios let you listen to a wide range of frequencies including AM (520-1710kHz), FM (87.5-108 MHz) and shortwave (1.711-29.999 MHz) and features Digital HD Radio in North America and DAB+ Internationally. Radio Data System (RDS) for FM is supported and will display information such as the station's call letters, music genre, song title, artist and more. Adjustable tuning step, bandwidth selection, adjustable bass/treble tone control and RF gain control are conveniently located within easy reach on the front panel. The Elite Field BT includes Bluetooth connectivity which allows other Bluetooth-enabled devices to play music and other content through the radio's speaker. Once connected, Bluetooth status is shown on the LCD display. Press the Play/Pause button on the front panel to control the Bluetooth-connected device. Choose to listen to your favorite station from the built-in speaker or plug in a set of headphones or earbuds for private listening in stereo. A separate 3.5mm Line In/Out jack provides a fixed, line-level audio output for recording and allows for routing audio to a separate amplifier system. This Line in/Out jack also serves to allow audio-in to the radio for listening through its internal speaker. Store up to 50 of your favorite stations, 10 preset per band (10 AM, 10 FM, 10 SW-1, 10 SW-2 and 10 SW-3). This radio features local and world time zone settings and many other popular features such as an alarm clock with a radio or buzzer alarm and a sleep timer. The Elite Field BT comes with a convenient, built-in carrying handle for portability. This radio offers flexible antenna options. The telescoping whip antenna is ideal for FM reception and the internal ferrite rod antenna is included for AM reception. Spring clip terminals and 2 Type-F female connectors are supplied on the back of the radio to connect various external antennas (not included). The DX/Local switch reduces front-end gain to avoid overload when using an external antenna. Power options for the Elite Field BT include four D alkaline batteries or use the included 7 VDC power supply. When the power adapter is connected and batteries are installed, the radio will automatically switch to battery use in the event of an AC power failure. The battery strength indicator on the LCD display will show the condition of the installed batteries.
