Machined from chromium-infused alloy steel for strength and corrosion resistance, these bolts are designed to increase the clamping force between the manifold and cylinder head—effectively minimizing the risk of boost-killing leaks and reducing the likelihood of manifold warpage. Anyone who has attempted to grapple a heavy manifold and turbocharger with one hand while attempting to line up a bolt hole with the other will appreciate the ease and convenience these stud kits provide. With 12-point hardware engineered to prevent nut rounding, gone are fears of stripped or rounded hardware.
