Holley offers LS swap 4WD truck off-road oil pan baffles for a variety of trucks, including many Chevy and GMC models from the 1970s and '80s. They take Holley's popular cast aluminum oil pans (P/N 302-4 and 302-4BK) designed to swap LS engines into K10s and other trucks to a whole new level. Vehicles that endure prolonged sessions of climbing, crawling, braking, turning, and accelerating need extra protection from oil starvation. That's where these baffle kits come in. They improve upon the baffle included with those pans, maintain proper oil level at the oil pump pick-up during vehicle elevation and grade changes, accelerations, both lateral and linear, and braking. This prevents loss of engine oil pressure during off-road excursions as well as during hard acceleration. Each baffle is fabricated from sheet aluminum joined by TIG-welded joints. Directionally positioned one-way trap doors allow oil flow toward the oil pump pick-up but not away. These direct bolt-in baffles are designed to be used in the Holley P/N 302-4 and 302-4BK LS Swap oil pan with the standard pickup, and are a drop-in replacement for the standard tray baffle. They're great for street, race, and off-road applications.

A good oil pump is the cheapest insurance you can buy. Milodon small block Chevy high/standard volume oil pumps were built with engineering expertise to provide the highest level of quality and reliability available. The improved housing is made of a G-10 material with 40,000 psi tensile strength. G-10 is the same rugged material that brake rotors are made of. The neck is thicker than standard pumps to improve strength and end pump neck breakage under severe conditions. They're engineered to perform well in low or high-rpm applications and are CNC-machined for precise tolerances. Every pump is 100 percent flow-tested.
