Holley billet EFI return-style fuel pressure regulators are space saving options when mounting on the end of the fuel rail or near the throttle body. They are preset at 59.5 psi, and the cap can be removed and re-oriented to suit the desired fuel routing. These Holley EFI fuel pressure regulators feature 6061 T-6 billet aluminum construction, and are machined for all SAE6 ports with three -6 AN fittings included, plus an extra plug to replace one fitting when installed post throttle body/fuel rail. When the fuel temperature drops below 34 degrees F, the thermostatically controlled FASS high-output fuel heater disks will automatically power on. Fuel is then heated by the 300 watt heating element as the fuel is entering the FASS System, preventing gelling of the diesel fuel in the FASS filters. As the FASS continually polishes the fuel, it will heat the fuel in the fuel tank, further preventing gelling. Once the fuel reaches optimal temperature, the high-output heater disk will automatically power off, eliminating the possibility of overheating the diesel fuel.

When it comes to converting to EFI, it's important for the fuel pump to be installed in a cool area and what better place than in the gas tank itself. The pump is cooled by the fuel, it's quieter plus there's no chance of fuel starvation. To help ease the installation of an in-tank pump, we offer a new Go Fuel In-Tank Module assembly. This universal billet assembly can be used on tanks with a depth of 6 to 15 inches. The billet aluminum was designed with the supply and return ports in a parallel position to help route the fuel lines easily and evenly. The vent port is on the other side to ease routing the line near the fill tube. The two fuel ports are threaded to accept -6 AN O-ring boss fittings for a secure, leak-free connection. The cut-to-fit bracket secures a 340 LPH pump capable of providing fuel to 600 horsepower engines. To ensure clean fuel is pulled into the pump, two size of sock/filters are provided, a standard 11 square-inch design as well as a large, 35 square-inch version. The Radium Engineering Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) is a compact high performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator designed with a unique highly versatile mounting system. It can be mounted directly to a compatible fuel rail port using the included 360 degree swiveling adapter, or mounted remotely away from the fuel rail. The compact size fits in areas with limited space without sacrificing performance. This regulator is safe to use with all gasoline and ethanol blends of fuel. The main inlet port on the regulator is female threaded for 6 AN ORB. A swiveling double-ended adapter is included with the kit that allows the regulator to be used in any compatible 8 AN ORB fuel rail port, such as those found on Radium Engineering fuel rails. The return port on the bottom is threaded for 6 AN ORB. The provided 90-degree 6 AN male fuel return fitting can swivel 360 degrees, permitting a multitude of mounting configurations. Other adapter fittings can be installed in the return port if needed (sold separately). Unlike the previous generation, this DMR has two 1/8 in.
