Pinless, painless, and powerful, Vibrant HD2.0 pinless clamps update your original HD clamps with an innovative integrated clasp mechanism and a safety lock push-button, providing an extra level of security, ensuring the clamp is never unintentionally opened. Precision CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and available in a variety of sizes, these 2.0 versions provide all the same functionality, look, and feel as Vibrant's previous model but in a pinless design that delivers positive feedback and an audible click when closed. Each pinless HD clamp features a hinge spring to keep the clamp in a sprung closed position, which not only keeps the clamp in a closed state when installed, but also helps during installation as the clamp has been designed to naturally align and close itself onto the union sleeve. Vibrant HD2.0 pinless clamps are completely backwards compatible with any existing HD system, as they will utilize the same weld ferrules, union sleeve, and O-rings, making it an easy replacement and upgrade from Vibrant's older-style HD clamp.
