Multi-port EFI systems require a stable fuel supply to maintain the best performance throughout the engine's rpm range. MSD high-pressure, high-flow fuel pumps feature a roller vane pump mechanism, which is extremely resistant to clogging and jamming. The pumps mount in-line (out of the tank) with two supplied cushioned clamps for a quick and sturdy installation. The wire terminals feature brass studs for secure connections. These MSD pumps are ideal as "boosters" for nitrous oxide applications, or as stand-alone pumps for multi-port EFI systems on engines up to approximately 500 hp.

MSD Blaster HVC ignition coils are designed for high-rpm, long-duration applications, such as road course and Circle Track racing using the MSD 6 Series ignition. These units feature a 100:1 turns ratio, as well as lower primary resistance to produce high-voltage output. Windings are encased in a durable epoxy and secured with extruded brackets. They also feature a spark plug style terminal and a threaded brass primary stud. These ignition coils are CARB EO-approved and are supplied with rubber shock mounts to help them resist coil vibration. These Pro Mag replacement cap and rotor kits are injection-molded from Dupont Rynite material for high voltage insulation characteristics with heavy-duty construction. Inside the cap, there are thick vanes to help agitate the air to prevent the chance of crossfire. Stainless terminals are used for resistance to corrosion, caused by ozone in the cap. The rotor is also molded out of Rynite and features a brass/stainless steel rotor tip, plus a lock screw for secure mounting to the shaft.

The only way to maximize horsepower from a Honda® or Acura® engine is to get rid of the weak coil mounted inside the cap. These MSD Pro-Cap brass terminal distributor caps are specially constructed to allow the use of an external coil, such as an MSD Power Tower, to accept the high voltage of an MSD Blaster Coil.
