An efficient, 5.5 HP, 12 V, reversible electric motor provides the power, while a 3-stage planetary gear-reduction system provides the torque needed to get you out of any situation. Other features include a cam-action clutch that disengages the planetary gear set for free-spooling, a strong automatic load-holding brake, a weather-resistant solenoid assembly, and an aluminum hawse fairlead.
