The low-speed buffers are primarily designed for tire re-capping and tire buffing. They contain a stall-resistant 0.60 hp motor, with a convenient throttle lever design and comfortable grip. These low-noise air tools come complete with coaxial rear hose assembly to eliminate blowing of rubber particles or dust in the work area.
