Gennie Shifter Commander shift sticks are part of Gennie's no-holds-barred Commander Series of old school, hot rod products. While produced with Gennie Shifter's usual great attention to detail, this is a series that screams "Hot Rod!" rather than refinement. Commander shift sticks are based on an aluminum I-beam design with a polished outer beam, a blasted finish in the webbing, classic lightening holes, and 7/16 in.-20 threads for shift knobs

Equally at home in a muscle car, a '50s era Kustom, or a Lakes-inspired roadster, the shift sticks are available in a variety of lengths, including Gennie's Swan Double Bend model—the absolute king of the Commander Series. Mount a Gennie Shifter Commander shift stick on the Gennie Lo-Stik and bracket kit (both sold separately) that match your automatic transmission. The resulting 2-piece combination means you can detach the handle without getting under the car and dismantling the shifter. They can also be adapted to some manual transmissions with Gennie Lo-Shift manual transmission adapters (GIS-1070 or GIS-1071, each sold separately).
