FK high-misalignment bushings are designed to increase the misalignment angle and reduce the hole size in your bearing. They will permit the rod end to swivel through a much wider arc to provide you with a more versatile mechanism. Additionally, you'll receive FK high-misalignment bushings made from 17-4 PH stainless steel—a safer means of mounting spherical rod ends with a high angle of incidence. Order the size and angle needed for your application.

The function of high-misalignment rod end spacers is to allow for more misalignment by continuing the spherical diameter of the ball and allowing the edge of the ball of the Heim joint to rotate into the body. These QA1 high-misalignment series rod end spacers allow for greater misalignment angle for increased linkage travel. They're precision-machined from 303 stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance.

Trail-Gear offers rod end high misalignment spacers in a variety of sizes and angle options. These small parts increase misalignment by continuing the spherical diameter of the ball and allowing the edge of the ball to rotate into the body of the rod end. This enables greater articulation, more suspension travel, and longer life of the rod end. The inner diameter of each high misalignment spacer is smaller than the inner diameter of the rod end, so a smaller bolt is required. Machined from 303 stainless steel, the spacers are sold in pairs. (Note: Standard misalignment spacers are only used when the width of the ball is too narrow for the bracket it is being used with.)
