Weigh Safe adjustable trailer hitch ball mounts feature built-in scales to measure tongue weight and ensure safe towing. The glycerin filled dial gauge easily reads in increments from 0-2,500 lbs., with a white background showing what weight is pressing down on the tongue. They're available in 4, 6, 8, or 10 in. drops--with your choice of 2 in., 2 1/2 in. or 3 in. receiver hitch sizes. The mounts are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum and are adjustable in 1 in. increments. This hitch can also be flipped around and stowed out of the way when not in use, saving shins everywhere. (Note: The 3 in. receiver versions cannot be stowed.) Additional features include: * Constructed of aircraft grade aluminum * Available in natural aluminum or black cerakote finishes * Rated at 1,500 lbs. max tongue weight (2 in. receiver) and 2,200 lbs. (2.5 in. and 3 in. receivers) * Dual pin key lock assembly included * Adjustable in 1.000 in. increments * 5/8 in. diameter hitch pin hole * Exceeds SAE-J684 and VESC-V5 requirements * All hitches may be used as drop or rise hitches. For rise position just add one inch. Example: a 4 in. drop is a 5 in. rise * Comes with both a 2 in. and 2-5/16 in. tow ball in stainless steel. * Max gross trailer weight by size: * 2 in. receiver: 1 7/8 in. ball – 7,500 lbs. * 2 in. receiver: 2 in. ball – 8,000 lbs. * 2 in. receiver: 2 5/16 in. ball 12,500 lbs. * 2.5 in. receiver: 2 5/16 in. ball - 18,500 lbs. * 3 in. receiver: 2-5/16 in. ball - 21,000 lbs.

Weigh Safe V1 conversion kits are designed to convert an aluminum 180 turnover hitch into a Weigh Safe adjustable hitch. Included in these kits is a tow ball, tow ball pin, and Weigh Safe slider with version 1 style gauge. This will utilize your existing dual pin lock. Make sure to select the correct version for your existing drawbar. Note: this is only compatible with the aluminum V1 or version 1 drawbar. Please see attached image showing the differences between version one and version 2.
