Automotive oil preheaters allow your engine to start more quickly and reach optimal operating temperature faster, minimizing wear on internal engine components and improving fuel efficiency.

Moroso offers internal and self-contained style oil preheaters. Each one features an element designed specifically for heating oil and will not scorch or boil the oil like "converted water heater" designs. Select the one to best suit your needs.

Self-contained oil preheaters feature:

* 400 watts of power, 110 to 120 V rating
* Heating element length: 4 3/4 in. from fitting to tip
* Aluminum and steel -12AN bungs or aluminum 1/2 in.-14 NPT weld-in bungs
* 3 ft. cord included

Internal oil preheaters feature:

* 212 watts of power--raises temperature of 12 quarts of oil 60 degrees F in about 30 minutes
* Element screws into place
* Available with aluminum or steel 1 in. NPT fitting
* 120 V rating
* Detachable 7-foot cord included
* Heating element length: 4 1/2 in. from fitting to tip
