If your nitrous system creates too much pressure, one of these caps will allow it to bleed off through the vent tube, which exits outside of the vehicle.

Nitrous Outlet pressure relief valves are a quick way for drivers to arm their nitrous system by themselves. These safety blow-off valves meet the requirements of the NHRA and are required to pass tech inspection to shut off your nitrous supply. They're easily installed into an accessory port of a nitrous bottle valve and include a rupture disc that opens the valve, relieving bottle pressure and ensuring that the racer is safe. A blow-down tube can be added to the valve using the external threads on the exposed end.
