Once you've chosen the pipe diameter for your model, just snap together the tough inch-long ABS plastic blocks to accurately represent straight and bent metal tubing. This gives you a full-scale 3-D pattern for your stainless steel cuts and weld locations, eliminating errors and wasted material. Re-use the ICEngineworks blocks over and over for headers or any tubular job requiring exact fitment in challenging spaces. Stage II involves using the plastic patterns to line up and cut your actual metal sections from standard U-bends and J-bends. ICEngineworks furnishes a universal aluminum radial cut plate with stud, along with cutting spacers for varying dimensions, making each cut on a vertical band saw simple and precise.
