ICEngineworks 3000 FE Series full exhaust fabrication systems are modular 3-D prototyping and cutting toolsets built specifically to design, model, and fabricate custom 3 in. O.D. exhaust systems, turbo downpipes, and cold air intakes.

How the 3-Stage System Works: The system breaks down complex exhaust routing into a manageable physical process, saving labor and expensive metal waste.

* Stage 1: Design and Modeling
-- Uses interlocking, rotating orange plastic blocks in straight and 15-degree radius sections
-- Snaps together by hand to map out exact paths from engine flanges to tailpipes or turbochargers
-- Allows you to undo, rearrange, and test complex clearances before cutting any metal
* Stage 2: Tube Cutting
-- Uses an included aluminum radial cutting table and HDPE cutting spacers
-- Guides your vertical band saw to duplicate the plastic block shapes perfectly onto metal U-bends or J-bends
* Stage 3: Assembly and Welding
-- Uses specialized stainless steel tack-welding clamps
-- Holds cut metal tubing firmly in place so you can clock and adjust angles before final welding
