Summit Racing™ LS Turbo Header Flanges

Summit Racing™ turbo header flanges give you a great starting point when fabricating a set of custom turbo headers for your ride. These flanges are cast from 304 stainless steel and then milled flat for a consistent seal on the header gasket, unlike laser-cut flanges that often have some warping. The 1/2 in. thickness provides enough rigidity and strength to support the weight of long tube headers and turbos. The port openings are counterbored for the tube diameter to locate and simplify the welding and smooth the transition into the tube without interfering with the gasket surface.
