Radium Engineering's Venturi jet pump kits are designed for high-flow aftermarket pumps and includes three different Venturi orifices to match a wide range of pump flow rates. The Radium jet pump is an effective device for drawing fuel from one side of a fuel tank to the other. Fuel flowing through the venturi creates vacuum in the perpendicular port. The Venturi jet pump uses a machined aluminum housing that is anodized, and laser engraved. Kit includes three interchangeable orifices that were precisely calculated, and vacuum pressure tested with multiple pump combinations. All hose barb connections are compatible with 5/16 in. or 3/8 in. ID hose. Also, the crossover siphon port can be easily adapted to common hoses as it uses 6AN ORB (9/16 in.-18 O-ring) female threads.

To reconnect the OEM return and vent hoses, 8.5mm barb fittings are also included. No permanent modification to the OEM fuel tank access cover is required. The custom designed stainless electrical studs easily handle the high current demand that compact bulkhead connectors lack. These serviceable connections are properly sealed and impervious to all standard and exotic fuels. The low-profile design keeps all wiring tucked nicely underneath the OEM fuel tank cover using the provided foam insulation. In these kits, the flow from the FPR return line powers a Radium jet pump. Using a venturi-effect, this "mechanical" pump draws fuel from outside the sub-tank and distributes it directly to the pump inlets.

If you're running an aftermarket positive displacement lift pump on your Duramax, a Fleece Performance fuel primer bulb sealing kit will allow you to eliminate the leak-prone primer bulb from your fuel system. The sealing cap includes a 1/8 in. NPT port to feed a low-pressure fuel gauge or cap it off with the included NPT plug. Note: Fleece kits include two screw options (standard 8-32 and metric M4). Thread in by hand each screw type and use the thread pitch with the best fitment. There is variation amongst the model years, so always test first by hand to verify the thread pitch on your vehicle.
