Lisle injector seal installer kits are used for replacing PTFE seals on most Hitachi, Bosch, Continental, and Delphi single and double sealed fuel injectors found on many Ford, GM, and Subaru engines. These kits also work on many Ford ECO injectors with direct injectors. The pilot cone is placed onto the end of the injector, and the seal is started over the cone. The installer is used to push the seal over the remainder of the cone and into the groove on the injector tip. The sizer is then placed over the seal to compress it back to the correct OD to allow installation into the cylinder head. Lisle injector seal installer kits include eight pieces—five different seal stretchers, two resizers (one for Ford), and a seal pusher. Everything is contained within a sturdy case. Lisle fuel injector remover and installer kits come with three application specific attachments. Remove the shoulder bolt to switch between the attachments. The injector puller can handle a variety of injectors that are commonly found in Cummins and Duramax engines. The two-jaw design firmly grips the injector while it is being removed by the slide hammer. These kits save time and reduces the likelihood of damaging the injector or head.

OTC injector seal installer and sizer adapters ensure replacement injectors and seals are installed correctly. Two different kits are available. Choose the appropriate one for your application. OTC kit 6757 installs the PTFE seal onto the end of the injector. The pilot cone is placed onto the end of the injector and the seal is started over the cone. The installer pushes the seal into the groove on the injector tip. The sizer goes over the seal to compress it back to the correct O.D. to allow installation into the cylinder head. OTC kit 6756 installs the dual seals onto the end of the injector. These seals must be installed into their grooves, and then sized to the engineered dimension before the injectors are installed into their bores in the cylinder head. Two seal installation pilots for each groove, a seal installer driver, and a compression sizer is included.
