Designed for 2WD applications only, these kits remove the confusion of doing a conversion, while providing the necessary provisions to complete the job. Brothers Trucks long-to-short bed conversion kits include a laser-etched steel template with all hole locations clearly marked, a high-strength steel inner "C" channel brace, a short bed front-to-rear brake line, short bed parking brake cables, and all necessary hardware to install the kit, along with highly detailed instructions. Choose the kit created for your truck. Note: Kits require welding to finish the conversion, but with Brothers steel inner braces, you will be able to safely transport the vehicle to a certified welder if needed. The driveshaft will also need to be shortened before re-installation.
