Earl's Performance Stat-O-Seals

Earl's Stat-o-Seals are by far the best sealing washers available. These seals consist of a synthetic rubber o-ring that is mechanically locked to the I.D. of an aluminum washer. Once tightened the o-ring is compressed, forcing a positive sealing surface around the bolt shank. These seals have a temperature range of -85 degrees to 450 degrees F. This compressed sealing process eliminates the need to machine the o-ring grooves into the part.
