Earl's Performance Weld-Less Fuel Return Fittings

Earl's Performance weld-less fuel return fittings install just like rivet nuts, eliminating the need to access the inside of the tank or cell. Just drill a hole, install return tube, insert the fitting with the rubber washer, and tighten the bolt!

The fitting collapses or "mushrooms" from the underside, securing it to the tank and creating a perfect seal to the tank mating surfaces. They are machined from 6061 billet aluminum and tested with tank material thicknesses up to 1/8 in. (0.125 in.). Each Earl's kit includes an oversized Viton® fluorelastomer rubber sealing washer, hex head screw with steel washer, -6AN low-profile port plug with Viton® O-ring, and two tube options--fixed and flexible nylon.
