Woodward Fab English wheels allow you to shrink, stretch, and custom-form up to 16-gauge steel with ease. These machines are for serious fabricators. Woodward Fab designed them to accommodate larger pieces—with a thread screw for height adjustments, and precision roller bearings on the upper and lower wheels. The frames are constructed from 1/4 in. thick steel tubing and have a durable painted finish. These English wheels include a painted sturdy steel base, a hardened steel upper wheel, five radiused lower anvils (2 3/8, 3, 5, 8 1/2, and 12 in.), a flat anvil, and a quick-release lever that makes lower anvil changes a snap. Select the model with throat depth and upper anvil diameter preferred for your applications.

Baileigh Industrial EW-40 English wheels are designed to help in the correct forming of sheet metal. The frame is fully welded for even less flex when rolling at full capacity. These machines are rated to form up to 16-gauge mild steel and 14-gauge aluminum, giving your fabrication shop years of quality shaping and forming metal. They come complete with nine bottom anvils and three 6 in. upper wheels, enabling you to roll beads as well as form metal. Anvils come in 1/8 in., 1/2 in., and 3/4 in. edge radiuses, as well as in a 6 in. crown radius. They also include two flat rolls, a 5/16 in. x 1/4 in. step roll, and 1 1/2 in. and 5/8 in. round bead rolls. Another great feature of the EW-40 English wheels is the ability to rotate the head, allowing the user to either push into the throat or from a 90 degree angle.
