Summit Racing™ Starter Engine Plates

If you're installing a later model automatic transmission in your 1955-56 classic which has no provisions for a block-mounted starter, you'll need our Summit Racing™ adapter plate. These plates mount between the rear of the engine and the transmission, providing an original-style mounting surface for your starter, like the one in your stock bellhousing. Mounting hardware is included.
