Lisle Exhaust Manifold Drill Template Kits

Lisle exhaust manifold drill template kits will remove broken exhaust manifold bolts/studs without damaging the cylinder heads. The kits contain all the components you need to make the job easier.

Tapered bolts center base plate over the bolt holes and a slip-fit bushing allows you to move from hole to hole without moving the base plate. The screw extractor is then used to remove the broken bolt. Lisle offers several kits to cover many applications and they include a bushing to drill to tap size when extractor cannot be used and drill depth gauge to make sure water jacket is not pierced.
