USA Standard Gear posi differential carriers are limited slip differentials originally designed for your GM vehicle. They transmit equal torque to both wheels when driving straight. However, when one wheel spins due to loss of traction, the units automatically provide more torque to the wheel that has traction. As soon as your wheel starts spinning, the other one kicks in like it should. These units are recommended for daily driving, as they work well in rain, mud, snow and ice conditions.
