Baileigh Industrial CS-315EU cold saws are designed to give any shop years of service without breaking the bank. They are powerful machines that can cut through solids, tubing, or pipe. The head has a strong motor coupled to a direct drive gear box that allows the blade to cut through the material chatter-free, which increases blade life. These saws have a thick cast iron base, making them very rigid, and they include a heavy-duty steel stand that's set at the optimal cutting height. CS-315EU machines are ideal for small to medium fabricating shops, requiring only 220 V, 60 Hz, single-phase power. The saws spin at 52 rpm—perfect for mild steel cutting—but will also handle other material with the proper blade; and they come with a powerful integrated coolant pump that cools the blade and washes chips away. They can also miter 45 degrees to the left and 45 degrees to the right. The vise has a taper-lock system that helps to increase production when a lot of cutting is required. It clamps onto both sides of the cut, increasing blade life, and the vise jaws are serrated for maximum hold.
