Standard Motor Carburetor Power Valves
Standard Motor carburetor power valves (often referred to as Economizers) are vacuum-operated enrichment valves designed to deliver additional fuel to the engine under heavy load or acceleration. They monitor intake manifold vacuum to keep the air/fuel mixture lean during cruising and richen it only when needed, enhancing performance and drivability.
