Wilson Manifolds Shear Plates

Wilson Manifolds shear plates are designed to maximize the performance of engines using tunnel ram-style manifolds. Designed to help improve the signal to the carburetor and flatten the fuel curve, these plates are precision-machined from billet aluminum and are anodized for durability and corrosion resistance. Wilson shear plates incorporate a 5 degree taper into the bore to improve flow. They also feature a specifically sized anti-reversion groove machined into the bottom of the plates to help turn back reversion pulses. The extended portions of the plates also block reverse flow and help to atomize fuel for reduced puddling in the manifold. These 1/2 in. thick shear plates are available for 4150, 4500, and split Dominator carburetors.

Moroso Carburetor Anti-Reversion Plates

Moroso offers these carburetor anti-reversion plates for Holley Dominator 4500 series carbs. These plates prevent linkage that may become loose from the carburetor falling into the intake. They are clear zinc plated.
