These specialty brackets from Vintage Air are designed for use in applications that require added clearance, like tri-power or dual quad carburetors. You can mount your alternator with these top-mount brackets to clear tall valve covers, and there are no head bolt holes required. These brackets move the alternator out to clear the intake oil filter. When you need more room, you need Vintage Air extra clearance top-mount brackets.
