DEI air tube cover kits are designed to prevent air tubes from becoming heat sinks. Made of heat-treated fiberglass with a reflective coating, the air tube covers will reflect heat away from the air tube and allow cooler air to be introduced into the intake for a denser air/fuel charge. They can be installed/removed in seconds without the use of tools by a full-length hook-and-loop closure system.
