Permatex thread sealant with PTFE is an economical, general-purpose fitting sealant that seals and resists pressure in air, diesel fuel, oil, and hydraulic systems, outperforming tapes and pipe dopes. It's ideal for air conditioning fittings, temperature sending fittings, hydraulic fittings, and other fitting applications. With a temperature range of -65 degrees F to 300 degrees F, Permatex thread sealant with PTFE remains pliable at higher and lower temperatures--and also resists common shop fluids.
